(Need Android APP) Turn a webcam into a wired/wireless IP WebCam
Hi, thanks for your interests. I am looking for a android app creator to create me an app that will turn a webcam that is plugged into an Android TV Box, into an IP Webcam can anyone on the internet can access(with right permissions) and can be inserted into a website.
Here are the requirements for this app:
1. Turn the local webcam into a wired/wireless IP Webcam that people can access anyone on the web(with the right permissions) and can be inserted into a website.
2. The app needs to be able to login, with a centralized database that holds the login credentials. I prefer mySQL since its free but Im open to other types of databases if its easier for you, better in performance, and at no costs).
3. Once logged in, the webcam owner should be able to turn ON and OFF the webcam.
4. The webcam/stream should be configured in a way so that it can be added to a website if need be. For example, WordPress plugin, PHP file, HTML5, Digital Signage, etc. I dont know if creating an API would work, but if thats something that would be good to have to get access to the webcam. If its easy to setup and use, then Im open to having that as well.
Thats pretty basic requirements. Maybe in future versions I will add more features, but for now. Very basic.
