Duties: Working closely with realtors, mortgage lenders/brokers, builders, buyer/sellers. Receive and review residential & commercial real estate contracts & documents. Prepare title commitments, HUD/ALTA Statements and other documents related to closing. Ordering payoff statements, homeowners association estoppel letters, surveys. Working closely with Closing Teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time closing demands. Checking documents for accuracy.
