Snelling of NoCo is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Estimator for a valued Windsor client.
Salary:
$85,000 to $115,000 plus impressive bonuses!

Heavy Civil Construction Estimator responsibilities include:
An ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans and specifications in the construction of a project
Plan, direct and coordinate multiple construction projects
Provide cost evaluations, develop bids, negotiate contracts, purchase materials, and design project budgets
Represent company at project meetings, conduct needs assessment, explain design concerns and cost-effective options
Thorough knowledge of construction techniques and the imagination to derive the most efficient method of completing the task
Foresight to predict problems before they develop
Maintain a complete understanding of job contract and contract documents.
Manage all submittal approvals, RFI's, and delivery schedules.
Attend owner and project meetings, maintain continuous client contact to gauge performance perceptions and communicate relevant information to Project Team.
Cultivates and maintains a strong relationship with current and potential clients.
Implement and ensure that the project closeout process is done on each job
Heavy Civil Construction Estimator Requirements
2-3 years' heavy civil estimating experience in dirt, concrete, street work, underground utilities
Professional in both attitude and appearance
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Experience in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Agtec Materials and Agtec Earthwork preferred
Ability to pass drug test, random drug tests and background check
Flexibility in work schedule to include some weekends
