Build Me Escrow Platform for Large Transactions
I am starting a Escrow platform for large transactions and it should be a combination of templates, plugins, APIs, custom code, etc. to accomplish the following process flow:
1. Agent/broker enters transaction details - transaction created via site sending emails to buyer/seller.
2. Buyer/Seller login and verify identity (via API)
3. Purchase contract made automatically via transaction details
4. Other relevant documents are uploaded (to be signed via site)
5. Contract signed by both parties. (via site)
6. Buyer makes wire transfer payment and the admin verifies the funds - by indicating on the backend.
7. Seller signs over deed via public notary (Via Notarize plugin/API
8. Deed is submitted via the website automatically (via Simplifile plugin/API)
9 Site confirms deed submission manually (by admin indicating on the backend) and payments are released.
