Director Banking institute, Specialized faculty
The candidate will provide leadership, coordination and instruction for the Banking Institute and Entrepreneurship. Will build relationships with the Kansas Bankers Association, Kansas Community Bankers Association, manage and coordinate student team competitions, and experiential learning opportunities. Under the supervision of the Department Chair and Dean of the College. Oversee the allocation and use of program resources, collaborate with the Department Chair, faculty, and program support staff in strategic planning efforts and will develop policies, practices, programs and initiatives that strengthen the Banking Institute. Serve on Department, College and/or University committees as assigned. Typically teach two classes a semester and one in the summer.
