The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience. Preferred candidates will have prior employement as a prosecutor or experience in medical malpractice, nursing home/elder abuse, or other catastrophic personal injury litigation. Will be licensed and in good standing in the state of Florida. Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings. Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with managing attorney. Perform appellate research. Draft substantive pleadings. Possess excellent research skills, specifically utilizing Westlaw. Should be licensed in the state of Florida.
