The candidate will prepare all pleadings (Motions, Orders, Notices). Will submit and Answer Discovery. Review and organize documents. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other parties. Legal Research. Schedule hearings, depositions, meditations and trials. Insurance Litigation preferred (including First Party Property). Must have excellent organization and communication skills.
