Our client is seeking an experienced professional Quality Engineer with an understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures who will resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways. This position will normally receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments. Please note that this is a 3-6 month contract
Job Duties:
Develop and execute software test plans, test cases, and quality control audits
Evaluate and test new or modified software programs and software development procedures to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines
Candidate Requirements
The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Skills:
5 years of experience with computers in the healthcare environment
General competency with Microsoft Windows desktop computers
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications such as Word, Excel, and Access
Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
Understanding of Quality Assurance concepts
Understanding of Microsoft Windows networking and administration preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related subject
