Oversees commercial sales for three stores in western Tennessee and eastern Arkansas for both new and retread tires to ensure optimal sales performance and profitability goals are achieved while delivering the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership to staff to increase profitability through improved efficiencies, productivity levels and sales growth.

Major Job Duties:
Responsible for the development of, and meeting or exceeding of established sales objectives.
Identify areas of growth and development and implement strategies to attain sales growth in a profitable manner.
Recruit, train, motivate, develop, and retain a qualified sales staff.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
Manage and modify sales territories and customer lists for sales force.
Act as senior sales relationship leader to key customers.
Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
Required Experience:
Five years in commercial sales experience
Results-oriented with strong selling and customer service skills
Demonstrated leadership, management and mentoring skills-ability to coach, influence and motivate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build internal and external key relationships
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be consistent in all dealings to build trust with sales force and suppliers.
Must have a positive “can do” attitude
Must be a self-starter and flexible enough to change directions when needed do to economic or market trends.
Decent computer skills
