The candidate will be leading client matters from start to finish, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients at the firm. Will be providing legal consultation in the following areas: ERISA multi-employer benefit plans, Affordable Care Act, HIPAA and HITECH Security Act, Americans with Disability Act, Harassment and Discrimination, and drug testing and legalities of marijuana. Day to day duties may include following up with clients on ongoing matters with the firm, reviewing and drafting client policies, standards, trust agreements, and treatment of apprentices, educating clients, reviewing, negotiating and tracking service provider agreements. Should have been practicing for at least seven (7) years as an attorney. Must have outstanding organizational and time management skills – excellent at complying with deadlines (both internal and external).
