Associate Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for preparing claims and appeals, communicating with clients and V.A. personnel, collaborating as a team with respect to case strategy, traveling and attending legal conferences twice a year, and occasional client meetings out of state. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should preferably work well in a team, have strong writing and communication skills, possess problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, be compassionate, and have a high standard of ethics. Experience in disability law or administrative law welcomed.
