Instructor - Business Law
The candidate will teach business law and ethics courses. Other classes may be assigned as needed. Teaching load (equivalent to 8 classes per year), service, and professional development. Also require on-going practice-related activities to maintain a minimum of AACSB "Instructional Practitioner” status. Should have Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA accredited law school. Must have 2 years of practice experience as an attorney. Prior and relevant teaching experience is preferred. Ability or interest in teaching online classes is preferred. An MBA or Master’s degree in a business related field is preferred. Relevant and significant experience that includes current engagement in professional activities related to one or more areas of business law is preferred. Certified Public Accountant is preferred. A record of scholarly publication is preferred.
