Key Responsibilities
Assist a team of Attorneys with managing a loan closing pipeline
Review bank loan documents for both coops and condos
Prepare all types of mortgage loan documents, i.e. CEMA, purchases, refinances, FHA, VA, conventional, etc.
Review and summarize judgment, tax, and other lien searches
Facilitate title review and clearance, ordering title bills and preparing closing packages
Assist with mortgage schedule review and analysis and correction of loan collateral documents
Regularly interact with borrowers, brokers, loan officers and managing agents
Required Skills
2 years of mortgage loan closing experience in New York State
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Notary Public a plus!
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
