SYNERGY HomeCare is an in-home care company whose mission is to enable our clients to live happy, healthy, and independent lives in the comfort and familiarity of their homes.
SYNERGY HomeCare is looking to hire a caregiver for a client in the Enid area who needs assistance in his/her home during the week (housekeeping, meal-prep, transportation). These visits will be 8-12 hour shifts, two to seven days a week.

We have additional work in 1on1 in-home care around the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area if you are looking for additional work. We offer flexible scheduling to help accommodate your other responsibilities (children, school, work, etc) where you may pick up shifts on a weekly basis. Otherwise, we can have you work a more set schedule. We have staff available 24/7 to help you in anything you need assistance in, as well. We have a referral program in place if you refer any caregivers to us. We look to recognize our caregivers weekly with our Caregiver Spotlight, in addition to our Caregiver of the Month. Additionally, there are health benefits available. If we have you join our team, we can have you start working almost immediately!
Job Requirements
Valid CHHA and/or CNA Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Vehicle Insurance
Reliable transportation
Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test (or willingness to obtain)
Must be able to pass a drug screening and national criminal background check.
Must maintain a clean-cut, professional appearance at all times
