The candidate must be a junior to mid-level associate with an undergraduate/graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive industry experience, preferably in telecommunications or networking, and 2-3 years of experience at a large law firm litigating and prosecuting patents in the electronic arts. Should preferably also be registered with the USPTO.
