Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the business team, to gather the requirement, create tasks in JIRA and participate in weekly sprint planning to ensure effectiveness and quality development.
• Refactor WebLogic portlets to Angular/Spring boot services.
• Refactor all microservices and troubleshoot any production issues as business required .
• Implement responsive design.
• Develop new functionality to resolve defects and implement changes that may be requested.
• Develop code in Java 8 Functional Style programming using Streams and Lambdas.
• Develop Jersey REST APIs using Domain Driven development with Spring Boot Framework.
• Develop API service security based on user roles. Develop exception handling messages for API.
• Develop logging mechanism following best practices and company standards.
• Develop and execute automated unit testing for the developed functionality.
• Build event-driven services using managed AWS AppSync GraphQL service. Create GraphQL schemas from scratch with Query and Mutations.
• Build GraphQL Resolvers with Request and Response template using Apollo Velocity. Integrate GraphQL with Dynamodb as a data source for core data implementation.
• Manage code using repositories like GIT. Providing quality and technical documentation for all the developments.
