The candidate will be responsible for the to workers’ compensation department. : Duties: Working with a supervising attorney to analyze and implement litigation strategies. Drafting and filing legal documentation. Scheduling litigation events. Extensive client communication and customer service. Maintaining high quality standards. Translating/interpreting from English to Spanish and vice versa on a daily basis, both in writing and verbally. Should be Full Spanish/English bilingual abilities, both in writing and verbally. Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office products. 1+ years of paralegal experience in a law office setting preferred. Paralegal certificate preferred.
