Associate Director, Diversity, Equity And Engagement, School of Law, Student Services
Duties: Provides leadership and support in the Student Affairs Office’s efforts to foster a dynamic community through a diverse, inclusive, and invested student body. Works with University and School of Law faculty and staff to create programming, resources, and strategic initiatives that facilitate the success of our underrepresented student populations, including students of color, LGBTQA students, first-generation students, veterans, and international students (JD Degree track only). Develops, implements and assesses programs that addresses diversity topics affecting the law community and participates in the recruitment of students. Serves as a primary responder to student concerns and provides student counseling. Collaborates with the Student Affairs team in the implementation of traditional community building events.
