Summary:
Responsible for assistant the Loading Dock Manager in maintaining the proper operation of the RRB/ITC Loading Dock
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the Loading Dock Manager's direction, manage RRB dock operations in accordance with GSA/FPS guidelines and Centerra Standard Operation Procedures guidance.
Assign parking locations to vendors making deliveries.
Maintain good relationships with agency scheduling liaisons and receiving personnel.
Identify and report all safety concerns to the Loading Dock Manager.
Provide good customer satisfaction to both external and internal customers.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a receiving clerk position.
Ability to lift 45 pounds.
Proficient computer skills.
Must have strong organizational skills, superior oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
