Kinetic Die Casting Company is looking for a person to fill a Die Casting Sales Assistant and Die Casting Customer Service Job.
The purpose of this job is to assist and support the Kinetic Die Casting Company Sales Manager by assisting current die casting customers
and assisting Kinetic Die Casting Company in obtaining new die casting customers.

Customer Service and Sales Assistant Job duties include:
Use a telephone to make several calls daily to our current die casting part customers and potential die casting customers.
Answer the telephone and return telephone calls.
Use computer to send emails to current customers and potential customers.
Assist with communications and emails for Sales Manager.
Contact suppliers for information and updates.
Use customer database for follow up with customers.
Maintaining customer database.
Assisting with die casting sales quotations for new and existing customers.
Assist Sales Manager with informational updates and communications.
Provide reports to Sales Manager and President.
Required Skills for this Job
Customer Service job related skills.
Speak, read and write English.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able use a telephone to make calls and answer calls professionally
Must be able use a computer for emails, database updates and reporting.
Must be able use Microsoft Office programs as wells as other computer programs.
Abilities Helpful for this Job
