We're hiring!



We're Right at Home Tri-County Metro. We are a Joint Commission Accredited Private Duty Agency working across Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties to help seniors stay safe in their homes. If you are a compassionate and experienced caregiver providing personal care (hygiene, transfers, bath assist, hospice care), we need you. We have all necessary personal protective equipment, and use safe procedures and screening tools to protect you while you care for the most vulnerable of our citizens.



We're ready to interview candidates that want to #beessential and a part of the Right Care team to provide quality care for their community. Especially looking for caregivers in
Lake Orion, Oxford, Holly, Grand Blanc, Lapeer, Goodrich, Fenton, Auburn Hills, Pontiac and more
.
You can be working in as little as 3 days.
3-hour “Short Shifts” pay $17 per hour!
Longer shifts pay up to $15 per hour for very experienced caregivers. Longer assignments also available, shifts range anywhere from 3-12 hours per day, from 2 to 7 days per week. Starting rate is based on prior related experience, education and training.



Potential responsibilities include:




Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including, but not limited to, eating, bathing, dressing, and transferring.
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
Safety supervision
Transportation for appointments and errands, case by case requirement.

We require a mature outlook with:




Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience with seniors
Driver's license and reliable transportation
Good references from previous employment
High School Diploma
Experience in transferring, Hoyer Lift, dementia, colostomy care is a plus
