Qualifications:
3 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong written advocacy and legal-research experience
Requires a self-starter personality
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Ability to independently evaluate and manage a litigation caseload
Work closely with other attorneys and staff on assigned legal matters
Must be comfortable with juggling multiple projects and deadlines
