Cybersecurity Technology Controls (CTC) delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase’s Controls, Access Management and IT Risk agendas, with a focus on stability, delivery, efficiencies and people. The goal of CTC is to drive standardization, consistency and simplicity in a JPMorgan Chase architecture that fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across the entire enterprise. The disciplines within this organization are Oversight & Controls Technology, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management.
 
The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by TC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.
 
As an experienced Data Platform System Analyst, your mission is to analyze, design and document innovative next-generation data platform solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of solution design, requirement analysis and technical & user documentation will help your team raise their game, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. And best of all, you’ll be able to harness massive amounts of brainpower through our global network of technologists from around the world. ','!*!Qualifications:This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceExpertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplinesAbility to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goalsCandidate must poses strong System Design and Documentation skills which should help understand detailed technical, functional requirements, user experience along with data and process flows.Ideal candidate would have strong experience in the following areas:Strong Technical and Design thinking skillsAble to validate technical, functional requirements &  operational challengesAble to create use cases, user storiesExperience securing data and data consistency and completeness measuresHelp product/development team with work breakdown and prioritizationFacilitate workshops/interviews/sessions/questionnaire aimed at interacting with specialized audiences of the product being developed and understanding the complete requirements detailsLiaise with internal/external users to understand the exact business requirementsExperience building data platform and data pipelines using distributed architecture and cloud solution offeringsAble to assist with test cases, identifying testing scenarios & failure conditionsPrepare user manuals, technical handouts and operational manuals for the deployed application/systemsTrain end users and system users and make them comfortable with the new systemMentor the team by providing expert advice, suggestions, clarifying doubts and solving technical/functional issuesAssist in the deployment of the system in the UAT and Production environments                                                                                                                                                                       General:Stay updated with the latest developments and emerging technologies in the technical sphereUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Knowledge of software designing conceptsExperience in data modellingAwareness of database concepts like DBMS, ETL and SQL/No-SQLExcellent spoken and written communication skillsTesting skills and eye for detailWorked in an agile teamJIRA & Confluence skillsNice to have:Identity and Access Domain experienceData Protection experienceDevelopment in a modern programming languages (Java, Scala, JS, Python, Go etc.,)Understanding AWS Solution offerings and security and access controls
