Intellectual Property Legal Assistant-Patent
Candidate will be preparing patent prosecution forms, document assembly, organizing documents, maintaining daily docket, project assistance and follow-up with other attorneys and support staff regarding active matters. 2 years' patent prosecution experience is helpful but a stable work history in a law firm setting will also be considered. In addition, a strong knowledge of MS Office programs, and excellent organizational and communication skills are required along with typing skills of 65 wpm.
