Profile

Seeking a Patent Agent with 2+ years of patent prosecution and counseling experience. Advanced technical degree (PhD preferred) in Organic Chemistry, Biology, or a related pharmaceutical discipline and/or substantial industry experience in pharma/biotech is required. Should also have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
