Real Estate Attorney
The candidate should have top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Should have 7+ years of handling transactional real estate matters. Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating lease agreements required. In-house experience is ideal. Must have exceptional academic and law firm training. Should have active membership and good standing with the Texas Bar.
