Need a well seasoned magento 1 developer and server admin.
Strong SQL skills
Magento custom deployment knowledge ie changing folder roots and a more secure out of the normal folder structure this is a custom setup
Strong API skills
Part time hrs
you will work as part of a team
you will be assigned tasks via kanban board or similar
you will be expected to use time tracker accordingly for reporting hours all work will be reviewed prior to payment
This is not for a beginner this is for a well seasoned all around magento developer the tasks will vary from mundane to complex. Essentially I want solutions , not trial and error and what if. You can experiment on your own time not mine :) If your not experienced please refer to our internship program :)
payment will be weekly upon code approval this note is important because if you code something for me on a ticket assigned to you and it does not work as outlined on deployment those hours are not payable until it does work. Refer to back where i said i wanted solutions not trial and error.
All work will take place on a development server in which this is your first task .
Setup the development server. The massive sql has been uploaded, the files are in position. Ready for install.

And this is perfect for finding the perfect member for our team, and this will show your knowledge in magento customization.
so #1 the [login to view URL] is not in the typical location for security sake
#2 nor is the media folder not really important for development
#3 the live site is deployed amazon aws we are developing on a vps - bugs in setting up dev because of this. so we will need to correct these customizations to allow us to run a mirror instance on our vps for working with. However we must not lose said customizations as this is deployed to live server via git deployment so anything changed to allow us to run local must be ignored for git.
like i said custom deployement which i want you to deploy on the vps then i need the vps secured and the dev enviroment not findable or crawalable except via the devlopment team members
