Responsibilities: Facilitating the creation, negotiation, and management of a broad range of contractual and other business documentation, including master service agreements, NDAs, statements of work and vendor agreements. Structuring deals to comply with applicable corporate guidelines and financial expectations. Accelerating the contracting processes and turnaround time. Performing various analyses and developing KPI's that track contract administration processes and deliverables. Creating new approaches to drive efficiencies in contract review. Collaborating with internal and external legal, finance, and operations departments, including communicating and explaining legal issues. Serving as key communication liaison between internal and external customers. Providing functional guidance and keeping internal and external teams aware of all contract statuses or pending issues. Preparing correspondence as necessary. Facilitating the execution of contracts by company signatories.
