Proven record of client development, as supported by a portable book of business. USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one state bar license required. Knowledge or expertise in preparing patent applications and prosecution, preparing infringement and validity opinions, and client counseling. Experience in representing clients in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, and/or chemical industries required.
