We are seeking a Project Manager for a very important client.

The company is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager with Scrum Master experience in Agile environments that will report into the Sr. Manager of Marketing Portfolio Management. The individual will manage the execution of marketing projects within their pod focused on the company client segments. You will be critical part of the team - assisting the leads to drive the execution and ultimate value for our prospects and clients. This role will be responsible for the project management to drive efficient execution of our Marketing programs and initiatives. This role is a combination Project Manager as well as a pod Scrum Master and you will lead key agile ceremonies for your pod. You will drive execution of work while ensuring there is maintained visibility to the on-going status of projects within the marketing portfolio. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence are required as the Scrum Master is responsible to maintain transparency and visibility of the pod?s work. You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the successful completion of projects including resource management, sprint planning, backlog refinement and stakeholder communications. Additional responsibilities include: ? Overall accountability of the project deliverables on time with quality ? Proactively anticipating cross functional collaboration opportunities, and looping in the right people at the right time ? Monitor project budget and actuals for assigned Agile Pod ? Occasional collaboration with third party vendors to facilitate project execution ? Proactive in identifying areas of concern and inefficiencies to improve workflow Identifies changes to processes, where possible, to streamline the Agile Pod?s execution ? Communicating and documenting status and concerns regarding segment milestones to Marketing Operations leadership including Portfolio Manager ? Monitor and track project issues/risks and the impacts to project delivery ? Maintain weekly status for pod members
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Skills: ? Experience in marketing project management ? Strong organizational, analytical, communication and operational skills ? Impactful and persuasive communicator, both written and orally ? Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira & Confluence tooling Competencies: ? Ability to multi-task a variety of initiatives/ projects in a fast-paced environment ? Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity ? Strategic thinker and creative problem solver always looking for most optimal solution ? Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment ? Results driven Education and Experience: ? 5 years of project management experience, ideally within Agile marketing organizations ? 5 years in marketing and/or activation in large complex organization ? 1 year as a Scrum Master Preferred Experience: ? 3 years in B2B marketing / financial services ? Certified SAFe Agilist
