Hunker
is looking for Commerce Editor to grow its content around the latest and greatest home and design deals. You’ll be creating content specifically designed to connect Hunker’s passionate audience with the perfect deals add recommendations to help them style their homes. You’ll be working with both the editorial and audience development teams to launch this new initiative for the brand. 
Hunker helps first-timers improve their homes—with inspiring home tours, practical solutions, and design advice for real people. We believe that good design should be a part of everyday life—and that you don’t have to be an expert to make it happen. We reach over 12 million readers every month fulfilling this mission.

You’ll Report To:
Sr. Director, Content
A typical day as a Commerce Editor includes:
Writing articles that highlight home goods and products, specifically geared towards encouraging readers to purchase
Working with the audience development team to incorporate data and analytics feedback into production
Participating in strategy around which products/brands to cover in the home space
Building a network of contributors to assist in editorial production
Supporting the editorial team on additional initiatives
What You Have:
3 years working in commerce/affiliate editorial
Experience working with audience development teams to create conversion driven content
Experience with Google Analytics
Highly organized
Experience in the home space a plus
Existing network of writers a plus
