Collections Representative / Resolution Specialist
The candidate will be responsible for collection follow-up on delinquent accounts including skip-tracing, draft repayment documents and work on garnishments. Taking incoming calls and payments where necessary. High School diploma or GED Experience is required. Should preferably have 1+ years of recent call center experience including the use of an on-line collection system. Spanish skills are preferred.
