Part-time Contract Adjunct Faculty - Legal Studies/Law
The candidate will join a premier online institution, serving a global student population. Will collaborate and support the Chief Academic Officer/Dean/Program Chair in various initiatives. Ensure quality teaching, using a Flipped Classroom model, within the assigned area. Ensure outcomes are being met through faculty guidance and posting expectations. Participate in weekly discussion boards and ensures students are participating. Grade assignments and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours. Provide timely feedback to students’ questions and concerns. Hold live-interactive engagement sessions for students to further their learning. Have the ability to pre-record lectures through Adobe Connect for students to watch on a weekly basis. Collaborate with other University departments to ensure a positive overall experience for all University students. Provide administrative assistance to the CAO, Dean of the School of Law and/or Program Chair. Support University with curriculum development/course updates as requested.
