We are seeking experienced and qualified Full-time and Part-Time Certified Nurse Aides(CNA) Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) in all area's of San Francisco as well as South and East San Francisco Bay Area cities. We also have opportunities surrounding areas of the Greater Bay Area.
We are seeking a CHHA Certified Home Health Aide- specifically in east bay cities, Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, walnut creek, Blackhawk, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Dublin, Livermore, Tracy. To become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home. We expect you to be an amazing caregiver who puts your clients first. Your pay is based on your experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Light housekeeping.
Meal preparation and cooking.
Transportation assistance.
Companion services; playing board games, walking/ wheeling with clients outside, reading the paper/ books, etc.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields (minimum of 6 months)
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to handle physical workload (lifting)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Electronic documentation systems (AxisCare) for reporting
Proof of US work eligibility.
Valid driver’s license, SS#, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance. (you will need to pay for your own Transportation), CNA or CHHA certification.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.TB test and physical are required for this position
At least 6 months of home care experience required, 3 years experience preferred.
