need freelancer create portfolio website
Hey,
I need a freelancer to create a portfolio website for my wife (shes a designer).
The project consists of the following components:
- A landing page
Simple landing page that will have few sections, each section will demonstrate a project with few pictures, a text and a button to move to the project page (each project will have its own page, total of 3 projects currently).
The section will be transitioned by a 100vh transition on a scroll down, for example like this:

The header will be indicating on which section you are standing on the *landing page*. When a user clicks on a project page, the projects tab on the header will be bold (You can find a full flow on Adobe Xd links, Ill attach them at the bottom).

Project pages will contain simple UI pages that will consist of a video (We will send all relevant files) and pictures of the designer work flow.
I need the project to be pixel perfect.
I prefer the project to be built with React, it can also be built with plain HTML/CSS/JS but there are some state transitions, I need the code to be maintainable and easy to read.
If I like the job, I will have some more projects for the freelancer.
