Duties

• Represent clients in criminal and traffic matters in city and state courts.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Prepare cases for hearings and court appearances.
• Provide legal advice and communicate case strategy with clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Illinois law license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience required.
• Experience in criminal or traffic law preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
