Mid-level Project Finance Associate Attorney
The candidate will assist clients in all aspects of the development, construction, financing, restructuring, and purchase and sale of infrastructure projects around the world. Should have 4-6 years of experience in matters relating to representing developers, sponsors, and/or banks and other institutional lenders in M+A transactions, secured and unsecured loans, tax equity transactions and/or project contracts. Strong academic credentials in law school coursework are essential. Experience in project finance transactions and/or renewable energy is desirable but not required.
