POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Manager – Heritage Brands Supply Strategic Initiatives, will assist in creating strategies to influence and drive key objectives and initiatives in support of long-term strategic vision, operationalize new ways of working, and identify white space opportunities. The right candidate must be able to work at the strategic level to foster ideas and at the tactical level analyzing data and solving problems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Execute strategies & initiatives - work closely with Heritage Brands Leadership to create action plans, facilitate communication, and track progress
• Communicate strategies & initiatives to cross functional teams & business partners through various mediums (decks, emails, charts, presentations, etc.)
• Creates strategic storytelling: effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling, simple way that influences and inspires action
• Construct strategic initiative dashboards and presentations to share with Senior Leadership that shows progress, escalates risks, and influences decisions
• Project management - support strategic scoping, planning, and hind-sighting, gather key stakeholders for decision-making, communicate project status
• Review data to analyze various areas of PVH Supply, synthesize & inform recommendations
• Monitor latest developments in the apparel industry, supply chain ecosystem, and global geopolitical environment to influence strategic direction
• Explore whitespace opportunities, generate ideas, prove out applicability
• Drive change and influence culture
• Plan and facilitate town halls, offsites, and other forums for strategic communication to the global supply team
• Support Global Supply Strategy team in ad-hoc requests & projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:   

• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain strategy, project management, or consulting preferable
• Demonstrated leadership managing and/or influencing people
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Apparel experience preferred but not required

   

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA or Master’s degree a plus
• Project Management Professional certification a plus
• LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification a plus

• Strong communication & influencing skills; ability support cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment
