CenterWell Senior Primary Care has a strong emphasis on senior-focused primary care for members of Medicare Advantage health plans and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality primary care combined with an excellent patient experience. CenterWell Senior Primary Care has experience in both the treatment and management of most chronic and acute-care conditions. Required Qualifications


Medical Assistant Diploma or Active Medical Assistant Certificate as a Certified Medical Assistant/CMA or as a Registered Medical Assistant/RMA (Please note if you are currently not certified, we will require completion of Humana approved certification program within one year from hire date)
Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment
Experience with MS Outlook
Basic Computer knowledge
CPR certification
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
Previous Phlebotomy experience
Willingness to learn and be cross trained in other roles based on business need
This role is patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB


Preferred Qualifications


Bilingual
Hands-on professional Phlebotomy experience
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Experience with HEDIS
Active Medical Assistant Certification or Registration from the following: American Association of Medical Assistant (AAMA), National Healthcareer Association, American Registry of Medical Assistants, National Association for Health Professionals, and/or American Medical Technologist
Rad tech license ( AART)
