Oncology

Position
Summary: 

The RN (Registered Nurse) Clinical Educator, demonstrates skill in a variety of
staff development education opportunities for both the facility and/or the
community.  The Clinical Educator (RN) follows procedure for needs assessment and develops goals and objectives.  Implements and evaluates education
activities and creates opportunities to improve the
education function of the department.  The Clinical Educator (RN) accepts leadership role of course
director or lead instructor upon request.  This Nurse Educator is responsible to complete all required
learning and training as required by all RN nursing staff
