The candidate will work for the Transactional law firm. Will assist with existing client work load as well as the opportunity to grow your own practice including real estate contracts and closings, homeowner's association matters, probate and trust administration, estate planning and small business set up and corporate work including asset sales and purchases as well as administrative law, government law including representation of local public boards that operate in the sunshine, and local non for profit and governmental agency representation. Minimum of 5 practicing years required as a member of the Florida bar to join an established busy transactional practice. The candidate will work for the family law and guardianship lawfirm.
