Contract Analyst - Legal Department
The candidate will work at the direction of the Manager of Contract Administration & Compliance and firm's in-house counsel. Will analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with firm's standards and business goals. Drafts contracts and related correspondence. Negotiates with clients and vendors to identify solutions to contract issues. Proactively communicates status of work projects and completes work in a timely manner. Responsible for contract intake, workflow, and archiving processes. Escalates higher-risk issues and disputes to responsible attorneys. Collaborates with firm's Procurement Office to minimize total contract processing time, and to provide a seamless client experience. Ensures client approval and execution of contracts in accordance with University policy. Assists clients to monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms, such as service level availability. Performs preliminary research on contract-related questions as requested.
