The candidate will work for the Personal Injury Law Office. Will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, drafting motions, doing data entry, scheduling depositions, preparing trial exhibits, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. Legal fact and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate and schedule calendars. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 3+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal required.
