Responsible for management of complex enterprise programs; ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets; meets with program team members on a regular basis to review program status and plan future actions.
Responsible for driving multiple programs from project Initiation through implementation realization project lifecycle, interfacing with CHI departments and program integration sponsors
Responsible for organizing cross functional activities to ensure successful completion of program on schedule
Responsible for the Safeguard functional team:

Governance
 
Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Creates solid partnerships; provides liaison with executives and functional program team sponsors
Work closely with CHI division leaders and program sponsors to identify, scope and prioritize strategically-aligned integration efforts; help define and manage key stakeholder requirements.
Oversee entire program lifecycle; design plans for complex tasks for project and programs.
Develop and effectively program manage cost center budgets, monitors and analyzes performance and productivity and implements necessary corrective plans. 
Ensure appropriate program and project governance is in place (e.g. project steering committee, change control board.
 Effectively manages cross-discipline project teams of 5-25
Provide hands on leadership and subject matter expertise to teams for large complex integration programs with sub projects, programs;
Regularly reviews status of projects and programs under his/her control, and ensures successful implementation of those initiatives.','!*!Required Education

Required Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline; Master’s Degree strongly preferred
Required Minimum Experience

12-15 years of project management and standards experience including:

12 years of experience in project management
8 years of experience with project management applications
7 years leading large scale, complex projects and programs
Experience with leading implementation of project management best practices
Ability to assemble, advise, evaluate, restructure and coach project/program teams in complex environment.
Change Management and Leadership experience required.
Adapt and comfortable interacting and communicating effectively in writing and verbally to executive levels of the organization.
Comfortable with meeting and advising all levels of senior management; experience with presentations to executives; board level presence experience required.','We’re an equal opportunity employer.
