FLT-14 Central Denver Location
Multi-billion dollar company with offices in Denver, has a fleet of over 100 vehicles locally and is looking to hire a mechanic to put in to their training program. Fleet consists of tractors, trailers, cargo vans, fork lifts and passenger cars. Mostly gasoline powered with some diesels. All maintenance and service work on the fleet is done in-house.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working as a mechanic, preferably already with 1 or more ASE Certifications.
This person will be mechanically minded and willing to learn.
Must have own tools. Shop furnishes welding equipment, scan tools and side carts.
Requires Colorado driver's license with good MVR and able to pass standard pre-employment drug test.
Must be able to pass a general mechanical knowledge and shop safety test before hire, (minimum score of 60% or above)
Pay is hourly at $18.68 per hour with time and a half ($28.02/hour) for overtime and for Saturday work. Family health insurance plan approximately $50/month !!
Flexible schedule, primarily Monday thru Friday
