Chemical Process Engineer
The Chemical Process Engineer will provide process engineering services in support of plant manufacturing activities. You will improve safety, productivity, quality, etc. Process monitoring and troubleshooting. Process improvement uptime, capacity release, cost performance, yield, etc. Capital project support, including basic data and scope development, design reviews, start up. SOP and other technical documentation. P&ID diagram reviews. Technical support day-to-day to plant and maintenance personnel. Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve equipment and process issues. Thorough analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to work in both self-managed and team environment. Experience with chemical processes, fluid systems, heat transfer design/analysis, systems engineering, systems integration. P&ID’s, process flow, instrumentation, piping, etc. Troubleshoot issues with equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, generators, boilers, etc.) Understanding of equipment function and design, regulations, and process integrity.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering. 3 to 30 years of related work experience within a chemical and/or mid-heavy level manufacturing industrial plant.
US Citizenship, Green Card, Perm Resident. A generous salary and benefits package. On-site work. Salary $70,000 - $110,000.
