This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician/Trainer to join our busy IT team. Apart from providing the usual help desk service, you will also support users both face to face and remotely by training them on the Firm’s systems and software. You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, supporting users with their desktop software, hardware and networking problems. A sound working knowledge of MS Windows 10 Professional and the MS Office suite, networked printers and telecom systems is essential. Training on the Firm’s bespoke systems such as P4W/Tikit can be provided. The position is full time and based at our Herne Bay office with frequent travel to other offices. Owner/driver with full clean driving licence essential. Some heavy lifting is involved. Salary commensurate with knowledge and skills.
