Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will support our personal injury and general litigation practice. This is a fast-paced position that will support multiple attorneys. Qualifications for this position include an ABA Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, and 5+ years of civil litigation with trial experience, preferably with a defense firm. Obtain, review and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records, or any other relevant documents and records. Prepare medical record summaries. Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence. Experience billing time. Well-developed writing and research skills. Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to stay focused on numerous details while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
