Pacific provides the services of general contracting, construction management and project development. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. has experience in multiple disciplines, with a robust portfolio of successful build projects for institutions, developers, hospital systems, branches of the US Military, and national retail tenants.
Project Portfolio:
(Ground up & interior build-outs) Commercial, Civic, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, Government, and multi-family projects.
Project Values: $500,000 - $30M

Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to read and understand Project Drawings and Specifications
Ability to manage complete bid process including general conditions
Perform quantity take-offs
Input take-off and manage pricing as directed
Create tab sheets for subcontractor quotes and bid levelling for a complete scope
Manage subcontractor solicitation
Updating and posting plans and specifications to Building Connect
Ability to compile clarifications, and supporting schedules (alternates, allowances, etc.) for a complete bid proposal
Experience drafting subcontractor scopes of work
Logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems
Must have a strong work ethic
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe and plan viewing applications
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in construction estimating
Experience working for a commercial general contractor is a plus
Must be decisive and work well under pressure
Strong ability to concurrently manage multiple construction projects across various markets
Understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings is required
Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating is required. Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project
Strong negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are approximately, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
