Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate
The candidate will manage complex IP litigations, including drafting and filing of pleadings, motions, court appearances, drafting and responding to discovery, communications with clerks and deposition, hearing and trial preparation. Engage in communications, drafting settlement agreements, and negotiating the terms thereof; and Perform factual and legal research to identify creative solutions to nuanced legal issues. Will work on Contract Basis.
